How to cancel
Email email@nexoseopago.shop or write to the business contact address. Include the purchaser’s name, email and order reference if available. No reason is required to exercise a statutory cancellation right. You can use the model form below or another clear statement of cancellation.
Consumer cancellation period
Where the statutory cancellation right applies to a distance service contract, consumers have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. Failure to provide the required information can extend the period under applicable law. A service being personalised does not by itself remove this right.
Starting within the cancellation period
Starting work before the period ends requires the express request required by law. If you cancel after a validly requested early start, only a legally permitted proportionate charge for services actually supplied may be payable. Loss of the right following full performance requires all applicable consent and information conditions to be met. Payment alone does not meet those requirements.
Proposed commercial refund policy
The proposed policy is a full refund of service fees if cancellation is received before work starts. After work starts and outside statutory cancellation rights, the proposal is to refund the unperformed part, deducting only work actually completed and previously authorised, documented, non-recoverable external costs. No fixed cancellation penalty is proposed. The owner must confirm these commercial terms before publication.
Method and timing
Statutory cancellation refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise, and without a refund fee. The same period is proposed for commercial refunds. The bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Service failures and incorrect charges
Contact support if a service is not supplied, is defective, or a charge is duplicated or incorrect. This policy does not limit legal rights to corrective performance, a price reduction or a refund. Services do not require physical returns.
Business customers
Consumer cancellation rights do not automatically apply to business-to-business contracts. Confirmed commercial terms and the contract apply, without affecting other legal rights.
