Quality, problems and liability
Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Report problems by email with the order reference and a description of the issue. Applicable remedies may include corrective work, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation and deliverable rights

Complaints and changes
Complaints may be sent by email or post to the contact address. New versions of these terms apply to new purchases and do not retroactively amend accepted orders. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and rights to use competent courts remain unaffected.
